On-the-job coaching
Purpose of the training
Through monitoring and adjusting activities on the workplace, increasing the efficiency and safety of operations, resulting in less (near) incidents.
Target group
Employees have completed vocational training FORKLIFT, REACHTRUCK, ORDERPICK TRUCK, STACKER, ELECTRIC PALLET TRUCK, OVERHEAD CRANE, ...
Training content
- Prior to the action, the operations will be observed by a LOGIS trainer. All this will be done in cooperation with the company. The LOGIS trainer will report the results to the company.
- On-the-job coaching: the LOGIS instructor will monitor and adjust actions during normal operations, set up a practice course if necessary and train employees individually.
- We make safety guidelines available to employees.
- The first superiors (team leaders) will be directed to gather ideas to draw up agreements (in consultation with the manager) that will then apply in the warehouse afterwards.
- For each participant, the LOGIS trainer will prepare a brief evaluation and discuss it with the person supervising.
Certification
- You will receive a "Certificate of completed safety training".
Entry requirements
- Minimum age 18 years
- Being medically fit to practice as a driver of internal transport equipment
Practical arrangements
- To be brought by the participant:
- SAFETY SHOES and IDENTITY CARD
Duration and location of the training
Duration of training:
- depending on the experience of your employees, the duration of the training can be determined by mutual agreement.
Place of training:
- At the company, if the necessary educational requirements are met.
